Indian Baseball At Chestatee Tuesday

The Indians were on the wrong end of a 10-0 game last night at Chestatee. They hope to bounce back with a Diamond Day tournament at Gilmer on Saturday. Indians first game at 1pm. Go Indians!!!

Indians win over Gilmer

The Indians baseball team defeated the Gilmer County Bobcats 8-5 on Thursday night. The Indians got things moving in the second inning, when Dalton Caldwell drew a walk, scoring one run. The Indians notched three runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught was led by Dalton Stephens, Nick Turner, and Braylen Chastain, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Grand Opening Of The New Multipurpose Facility Named Tribe House

The new Multipurpose Facility had a ribbon cutting and open house event Monday, February 12th. Now that the ribbon has been cut, the building will henceforth be called the “Tribe House”. Dr. Rob Brown, Superintendent of Lumpkin County Schools, conducted the ceremony and listed the many diverse activities that will now be possible in the Tribe
