Blitz Sports announced 28 Nominees and 7 Honorable Mentions for Lady Soccer Player of the Year this morning. Lumpkin County has several team members on the list. They are Kinlee Abercrombie (Sr), Charlotte Cunningham (Jr), Hope Kenney (Jr), Gracie Luesing (Sr), Ashley Read (So). Honorable Mention included Adrienne Hilche (Sr) and  Emily Lunn (Jr).

The nominee list will come down to 6 or 7 finalists and be voted on by our internal (NOT public) voting panel to determine the Player of the Year.
