Lumpkin Ladies met Mill Creek in the second round of the Kelly King Holiday Classic this evening. The ladies led at the end of the first period 9-5. Going into the locker room at half the Indians were up 19-11. The third period had the Indians ahead 26-18. Tonight’s final Lumpkin County 42 Mill Creek 27. The Indians hit 7 3 pointers in the final half to put the game away. Scoring for the Indians Isabel Davenport with 14, Lexi Pierce with 10, Averie Jones had 8 and Mary Mullinax added 6. The Indians will finish the tournament tomorrow at 5:30 when they face Cambridge. Go Indians!!! Lumpkin Pride!
